  • Verification documents: Aadhaar card photos (submitted voluntarily for identity verification)
  • Usage data: App interactions, device information, IP address

  • To provide and improve TheLineCricket's services
  • To show your profile to other cricketers in the community
  • To deliver match notifications and updates
  • To compute and display cricket statistics
  • To verify your identity (when you opt into Aadhaar verification)
  • To display relevant advertisements

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

  • Other users: Your public profile, posts, and match stats are visible to other TheLineCricket users
  • Service providers: AWS (hosting), Cognito (authentication), Google AdMob (advertising)

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on AWS servers in the Asia Pacific (Mumbai) region. We use encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Passwords are hashed using industry-standard algorithms. Aadhaar documents are stored in encrypted S3 buckets with restricted access.

5. Children's Privacy

TheLineCricket allows parents to create child profiles (under 13) under their household account. Children's profiles are managed by the parent/guardian. We do not collect personal information directly from children under 13 without parental consent.

Under applicable Indian data protection laws, you have the right to:

  • Delete your account and associated data

7. Cookies & Tracking
